Breakfast Vegetable Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Broccoli or Cauliflower Chopped
  2. 1/2 cups - Onion Chopped
  3. 1/2 cups - Carrots Shredded
  4. 1/2 cups - Shredded Cheese
  5. 1 1/2 cups - Unsweetened Almond Milk
  6. 3/4 cups - Pamela's Gluten Free Baking Mix
  7. 4 - organic eggs
  8. 1 teaspoons - Unrefined Sea Salt
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Grease a pie plate or square casserole dish using organic butter, coconut oil, or ghee.
3. Mix all ingredients except vegetables. (add the chopped vegetables last)
4. Put into the greased pie plate.
5. Bake 35 minutes. Cool slightly and serve!
