    Variations: Our favorite way to make these is to use 1/4 cup raisins and a 1/4 dried cranberries. Also, we occasionally throw in some chocolate chips to change it up a bit. These can be made with regular milk, but the almond milk does add a nice subtle difference to the flavor. The original recipe only called for 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, but we really love cinnamon so we double it. These are a fantastic afternoon snack.

Ingredients:

  1. 3 - mashed bananas
  2. 1/3 cups - unsweetened applesauce
  3. 2 cups - oats
  4. 1/4 cups - almond milk
  5. 1/2 cups - raisins
  6. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  7. 1 teaspoons - ground cinnamon

Directions:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Lightly spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto tray.
Baket at 350, 15-20 minutes.
