Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - sausage, cooked and drained
  2. 9 - eggs
  3. 3 cups - milk
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons - dry mustard
  5. 1 teaspoons - salt
  6. 3 slices - bread, cut into cubes
  7. 2 cups - shredded cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and place in 9x13 casserole pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 for one hour or until bubbly.
