Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Ground Sausage
  2. 1 cans - Croissants, or Biscuits
  3. 1 bags - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  4. 2 cups - Half and Half Milk
  5. 6 whole - Eggs
  6. 1 cans - Mushrooms Optional

Directions:

In a 9x13 Pan, spray with spray oil. Cover bottom of pain with croissants or biscuits. Brown sausage and drain. Crumble over top of bread in pan. Add mushrooms (if desired). Sprinkle all over with cheese. Combine eggs nd milk in a bowl and pour over top of cheese. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
