Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - pork sausage
  2. 8 - eggs beaten
  3. 1/2 cups - onion chopped
  4. 2 cups - Monterrey Jack cheese shredded
  5. 1 cups - mushrooms chopped
  6. 2 cups - mild Cheddar cheese shredded
  7. 1 cans - crescent roll dough

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325.
Brown sausage, onion and mushrooms in large skillet over medium heat. Drain and set aside.
Lightly grease 9.13 pan. Line bottom of pan with the dough. Bake 6-8 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumbled sausage. Stir both cheeses into beaten eggs and pour over sausage and rolls. Return to oven and bake 25-30 miuntes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
