Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/4 cups - flour
  2. 1 tablespoons - baking powder
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  4. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  5. 1/2 cups - All-Bran
  6. 1 cups - oats
  7. 1 cups - milk
  8. 1 - egg
  9. 3 tablespoons - vegetable oil
  10. 1 cups - chopped nuts

Directions:

Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

Mix All-Bran and oats with milk in a large mixing bowl. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. Add egg and oil and beat well.

Add flour mixture and stir in chopped nuts.

Pour into greased muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
