Braised English Cut Ribs

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  2. 3 pounds - English Cut Ribs
  3. 3 cups - Beef Stock
  4. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  5. 1 teaspoons - Ground Black Pepper
  6. 1/2 whole - Onion-Sliced
  7. 2 cloves - Garlic-Mnced
  8. 2 leaves - Bay Leaves
  9. 2 teaspoons - Rosemary
  10. 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  11. 3 pounds - English Cut Ribs
  12. 3 cups - Beef Stock
  13. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  14. 1 teaspoons - Ground Black Pepper
  15. 1/2 whole - Onion-Sliced
  16. 2 cloves - Garlic-Mnced
  17. 2 leaves - Bay Leaves
  18. 2 teaspoons - Rosemary

Directions:

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Preheat a large Dutch oven over medium-high meat.
Step 2
Add the olive oil to the Dutch oven. Brown the meat on each side.
Step 3
Add the beef stock, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, bay leaves and rosemary to the Dutch oven and cover with a lid.
Step 4
Transfer to the oven and bake for 2 hours, or until the meat is fork tender.
