Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 3 pounds - English Cut Ribs
- 3 cups - Beef Stock
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 teaspoons - Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 whole - Onion-Sliced
- 2 cloves - Garlic-Mnced
- 2 leaves - Bay Leaves
- 2 teaspoons - Rosemary
- 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 3 pounds - English Cut Ribs
- 3 cups - Beef Stock
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 teaspoons - Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 whole - Onion-Sliced
- 2 cloves - Garlic-Mnced
- 2 leaves - Bay Leaves
- 2 teaspoons - Rosemary
Directions:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Preheat a large Dutch oven over medium-high meat.
Step 2
Add the olive oil to the Dutch oven. Brown the meat on each side.
Step 3
Add the beef stock, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, bay leaves and rosemary to the Dutch oven and cover with a lid.
Step 4
Transfer to the oven and bake for 2 hours, or until the meat is fork tender.
