Ingredients:
- 2 - one-pound center-cut bone-in pork chops 1-1/2 inches thick
- 1 cloves - garlic minced
- 1 cups - salt
- 1/4 cups - black pepper
- 1/4 cups - garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoons - packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons - bourbon
- 2 - one-pound center-cut bone-in pork chops 1-1/2 inches thick
- 1 cloves - garlic minced
- 1 cups - salt
- 1/4 cups - black pepper
- 1/4 cups - garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoons - packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons - bourbon
Directions:
Mix the Lady's House Seasoning ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
Prepare a medium-hot grill.
In a bowl, mix together glaze ingredients - mustard, brown sugar and bourbon.
Rub pork chops with the garlic and some house seasoning, then brush with half of the glaze.
Place the chops on the grill. Grill until chops are slightly charred and cooked, about 20 minutes.
Brush with remaining glaze before serving.
