Ingredients:
- - romaine lettuce
- - cherry tomatoes cut in halves
- - heart of palm chopped
- - kalamata olives
- - sunflower seeds
- - toasted pine nuts
- 2/3 cups - extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cups - sugar could use Splenda
- 3 tablespoons - water or a bit more, to taste
- 2 tablespoons - white wine vinegar
- 4 teaspoons - minced garlic
- 1 tablespoons - Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons - lime juice
- 2 teaspoons - lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons - fresh parsley minced
- 1/2 teaspoons - dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoons - dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/8 teaspoons - fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
For Vinaigrette:
Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a bowl. Microwave for one minute. Whisk for one minute. Cover and chill for one hour before serving.
Combine all salad ingredients and serve with chilled vinaigrette dressing.
