Brief Description
Shelly -- this is the recipe I use for cookies. I mix 1/2 a batch at a time. It is such a thick batter that mixing it all at once is hard to do.

I bake all my cookies on parchment paper and I use a small cookie scoop to measure th batter. They freeze really well.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups - oatmeal
- 5 cups - flour
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 2 teaspoons - baking powder
- 2 teaspoons - baking soda
- 2 cups - butter
- 2 cups - sugar
- 2 cups - brown sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons - vanilla
- 24 ounces - chocolate chips
- 8 ounces - Hershey bar grated
- 3 cups - nuts chopped
- 4 cups - oatmeal
- 5 cups - flour
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 2 teaspoons - baking powder
- 2 teaspoons - baking soda
- 2 cups - butter
- 2 cups - sugar
- 2 cups - brown sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons - vanilla
- 24 ounces - chocolate chips
- 8 ounces - Hershey bar grated
- 3 cups - nuts chopped
Directions:
In the mix ingredients, put small amounts into a food processor or blender and process until it turns into powder. Measure first then blend.
Mix all ingredients together. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown or desired doneness.
This recipe makes a lot of cookies, so unless you want a lot, cut the recipe in half.
