Bobbi's Cookie Recipe

    Shelly -- this is the recipe I use for cookies. I mix 1/2 a batch at a time. It is such a thick batter that mixing it all at once is hard to do.

    I bake all my cookies on parchment paper and I use a small cookie scoop to measure th batter. They freeze really well.

Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups - oatmeal
  2. 5 cups - flour
  3. 1 teaspoons - salt
  4. 2 teaspoons - baking powder
  5. 2 teaspoons - baking soda
  6. 2 cups - butter
  7. 2 cups - sugar
  8. 2 cups - brown sugar
  9. 4 - eggs
  10. 2 teaspoons - vanilla
  11. 24 ounces - chocolate chips
  12. 8 ounces - Hershey bar grated
  13. 3 cups - nuts chopped
  14. 4 cups - oatmeal
  15. 5 cups - flour
  16. 1 teaspoons - salt
  17. 2 teaspoons - baking powder
  18. 2 teaspoons - baking soda
  19. 2 cups - butter
  20. 2 cups - sugar
  21. 2 cups - brown sugar
  22. 4 - eggs
  23. 2 teaspoons - vanilla
  24. 24 ounces - chocolate chips
  25. 8 ounces - Hershey bar grated
  26. 3 cups - nuts chopped

Directions:

In the mix ingredients, put small amounts into a food processor or blender and process until it turns into powder. Measure first then blend.

Mix all ingredients together. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown or desired doneness.

This recipe makes a lot of cookies, so unless you want a lot, cut the recipe in half.
