Ingredients:
- 4 cups - fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cups - sugar
- 1 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
- 3 cups - water
- 1/4 teaspoons - grated nutmeg
- 1 cups - heavy cream
Directions:
Put berries, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan. Add water to cover, simmer for 15 minutes. Strain off juice and reserve berries. Freeze the juice until it is slushy. Whip heavy cream just until thick, fold cooked berries and chill. At serving time, gently fold berry mixture in frozen juice. Serve immediately.
