Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - fresh or frozen blueberries
  2. 1 tablespoons - cornstarch
  3. 1/3 cups - sugar
  4. 1/4 cups - apple juice or water

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in 1 quart microwave-safe casserole and cover with lid. Microwave on high to 4 or 5 minutes or until mixture boils or thickens. Stir once. Serve warm or cold.
