Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Bisquick
  2. 1/4 cups - sugar
  3. 1 - egg slightly beaten
  4. 1 cups - sour cream
  5. 1 cups - blueberries
  6. 1 tablespoons - orange or lemon peel for sprinkling on top
  7. 1/2 cups - sugar for sprinkling on top

Directions:

Mix Bisquick, sugar, egg and sour cream until combined. Add blueberries and stir.

Mix together orange or lemon peel with 1/2 cup sugar; set aside.

Pour batter into 12 muffin cups and top with sugar mixture. Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes.
