Blueberry Morning Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - butter
  2. 8 ounces - cream cheese
  3. 1 1/4 cups - sugar
  4. 2 - eggs
  5. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  6. 1/3 cups - milk
  7. 2 cups - flour
  8. 1 teaspoons - baking powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
  10. 1 cups - frozen blueberries
  11. 3/4 cups - brown sugar
  12. 1 1/2 tablespoons - cinnamon
  13. 3/4 cups - flour
  14. 6 tablespoons - butter (softened)

Directions:

Cream together 1/2 c. butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix in 2 c. flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Fold blueberries into batter. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, 3/4 c flour and 6 T butter until crumbly. Grease and flour bunt cake pan. Sprinkle 1/3 of crumbly mixture into pan, then layer 1/2 of batter, 2/3 of crumbly mixture and end other half of batter. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
