Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - unsweetened hemp milk
  2. 1/2 cups - plain Greek yogurt
  3. 1 tablespoons - hulled hemp seeds
  4. 1 tablespoons - chia seeds
  5. 1 cups - frozen blueberries
  6. 1/2 - frozen banana
  7. 1/4 cups - raw cashews
  8. 1/2 cups - ice

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Divide between 2 glasses.
