Blueberry Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Shortening
  2. 1 cups - Sugar
  3. 1 whole - Egg
  4. 1 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
  5. 2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 1 3/4 cups - Flour
  9. 1/2 cups - Milk
  10. 2 cups - Blueberries
  11. 1/3 cups - Brown Sugar
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Cinnamon

Directions:

Cream shortening and sugar together; add egg and mix. Add remaining ingredients except blueberries. Mix well. Carefully fold in blueberries. Place in greased bundt pan. Sprinkle toppings on top (or optional to put toppings in pan first, so will be on top). Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until cake is done.
