Ingredients:

  1. 6 ounces - fresh raspberries, plus 2 for garnish
  2. 1/2 ounces - Benedictine Liquer
  3. 1/2 ounces - pomegranate juice
  4. - Chandon Brut Champagne
  5. - mint leaf for garnish

Directions:

Muddle raspberries with first two ingredients in a shaker. Shake and double strain into a chilled, fluted glass. Tope with sparkling wine. Garnish with skewered raspberries and a mint sprig. Enjoy!
