Blintz Souffle

Ingredients:

  1. 12 - frozen cheese blintzes
  2. 1/4 pounds - margarine
  3. 6 - eggs
  4. 1 pints - sour cream
  5. 4 tablespoons - orange juice
  6. 2 teaspoons - vanilla
  7. 2 teaspoons - salt
  8. 4 tablespoons - sugar
  9. - sour cream for serving with
  10. - frozen berries for serving with

Directions:

Melt margarine and spread over oblong casserole dish. Place frozen blintzes in margarine, turning to get them covered on both sides.

Mix together eggs, sour cream, orange juice, vanilla, salt and sugar, and pour over blintzes. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350° F for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Serve with extra sour cream and frozen berries.
