Ingredients:
- 2 whole - Pieces of raw Red Fish (or other type of fish)
- 1 3/4 sticks - Butter or oleo
- - N'awlins Cajun or Creole Blackened Spices
Directions:
1. Dip fish in melted butter. Sprinkle both sides with Blackened Spices.
2. Place in hot skillet, cook until charred.
3. Use remaining butter for serving.
