Black Russian Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 boxes - Yellow Cake Mix
  2. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  3. 1 boxes - 6.5 ounces Chocalate instant pudding mix
  4. 1 cups - Vegetable or Canola Oil
  5. 4 - Eggs
  6. 1/4 cups - Vodka
  7. 1/4 cups - Kahlua
  8. 3/4 - Water
  9. - Pam Spray
  10. 1/2 cups - Powdered Sugar This is for the Glaze
  11. 1/4 cups - Kahlua This is for the Glaze

Directions:

Pour all liquid ingredients into dry ingredients at one time. Beat for 4 minutes. Pour mixture into sprayed bundt pan. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes, then invert pan. Poike holes in the top so that glaze can soak into cake.

Glaze:
Mix together and let stand while cake is cooking. Pour over cake. Dust with extra powdered sugar.
