Black-Eyed Peas

Ingredients:

  1. 14 ounces - black-eyed peas uncooked
  2. 1 cans - Ro-tel
  3. 3 tablespoons - garlic
  4. - cooking oil
  5. - ham cubed or chopped
  6. 1 - medium onion chopped
  7. 4 slices - bacon cooked, crumbled
  8. 1 dashes - worcestershire sauce
  9. 1 tablespoons - horseradish

Directions:

Pre-soak black-eyed peas according to directions.

In crockpot, mix Ro-tel, peas, garlic and enough water to cover the peas.

Cook on high until peas are tender.

A half hour before serving, use oil to saute ham and onions. Add to crockpot along with remaining ingredients.
