Black Beans and Corn Salsa

  1. 1 cans - black beans
  2. 16 ounces - corn kernels
  3. 1 jars - Cilantro salsa
  4. 1 cans - RoTel diced tomatoes
  5. 1 whole - avocado
  6. 1/4 cups - picante sauce


Mix together all ingredients except avocado and refrigerate overnight (not necessary, but allows flavors to really blend).

Just before serving, chop up the avocado and mix in with other ingredients.

Serve with your favorite corn tortilla chips, pita chips or whole grain crackers.
