Black Bean Tacos

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Brown rice Prepare as directed
  2. 1 cans - Black Beans drained & rinsed
  3. 1 cans - diced green chiles
  4. 1 jars - Salsa
  5. 1 cups - Frozen Corn

Directions:

Prepare the rice as directed per package. Once the rice is ready add the remaining ingredients except salsa. Add salsa as desired, between 1/2 jar & the whole jar. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Serve in taco shells or tortillas with sour cream, cheese, salsa, tomatoes, etc.
