  1. 1 - whole wheat tortilla
  2. 1/2 cups - black beans
  3. 1/4 cups - salsa
  4. 2 teaspoons - minced onion
  5. - chili powder to taste
  6. 1/4 cups - brown rice cooked
  7. 2 tablespoons - reduced-fat Mexican style shredded cheese


Saute the black beans with the salsa, minced onion, and chili powder for a few minutes until heated through and flavors combine. Serve black beans wrapped in tortilla along with rice and cheese.
