Ingredients:
- 1 - whole wheat tortilla
- 1/2 cups - black beans
- 1/4 cups - salsa
- 2 teaspoons - minced onion
- - chili powder to taste
- 1/4 cups - brown rice cooked
- 2 tablespoons - reduced-fat Mexican style shredded cheese
Directions:
Saute the black beans with the salsa, minced onion, and chili powder for a few minutes until heated through and flavors combine. Serve black beans wrapped in tortilla along with rice and cheese.
