Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - Black beans drained and rinsed
  2. 1/2 cups - Panko bread crumbs
  3. 1 whole - Egg
  4. 2 tablespoons - Taco Seasoning

Directions:

1. Mash black beans in a bowl with a fork or potato masher.

2. Mix egg, panko, and seasonings with beans until thoroughly combined, not overworking the mixture.

3. Form into patties (4).

4. Cook patties in a pan or griddle for 2 minutes per side. Melt cheese on as desired.
