Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups - Rinsed and drained canned black beans
- 15 ounces - One 15-oz jar mild chunky salsa
- 1 tablespoons - Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 2 teaspoons - Oil
- 3 whole - Minced garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons - Oil
- 3 whole - Minced garlic cloves
- 2 1/2 cups - Rinsed and drained canned black beans
- 15 ounces - One 15-oz jar mild chunky salsa
- 1 tablespoons - Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
Directions:
1. In a skillet, heat 2 tsp oil over medium heat
2. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and saute for 1 minute
3. Stir in 2 and 1/2 cups rinsed and drained canned black beans, one 15-oz jar mild chunky salsa
1 tbsp each brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp cumin, and 1/4 tsp salt
4. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes
5. Spoon onto whole-wheat buns and top with shredded cheddar cheese
