Black Bean and Corn Salad with Lime Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  1. 3 tablespoons - Lime juice
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  3. 1/8 teaspoons - Garlic salt
  4. 1 dashes - Hot pepper sauce to taste
  5. 15 ounces - Black beans 1 can, drained and rinsed
  6. 8 3/4 ounces - Can corn kernels drained
  7. 1 - Tomato seeded and chopped
  8. 1/4 cups - Red onion finely chopped
  9. 3 tablespoons - Fresh cilantro minced

Directions:

Whisk ingredients for the vinaigrette in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and let stand at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
