Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Bitter Gourd Skin
- 3 tablespoons - Cabbage Grated
- 2 tablespoons - Coriander
- 10 pieces - Kadipatta
- 1 tablespoons - Green Chilli Paste
- 1 teaspoons - Ginger Paste
- 1 tablespoons - Garlic Paste
- 1/2 cups - Bhakri Atta
- 2 tablespoons - Wheat Atta
- 2 tablespoons - Jowar Atta
- 2 tablespoons - Besan
- 2 tablespoons - Rice Flour
- 2 tablespoons - Dry Coconut Grated
- 1 tablespoons - Malai
- 2 tablespoons - Curd
- 2 tablespoons - Jaggery
- 2 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons - Ajwain
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
- 1 tablespoons - Achari Masala
- 1/4 teaspoons - Asofateida
- 1/4 teaspoons - Eating Soda
- 2 tablespoons - Oil
- - Oil For Deep Frying
- - Green Chutney For Serving
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients but eating soda and oil.
Mix eating soda with oil and mix it with the prepared mix,
Now prepare the muthias,
Deep fry till they are golden brown.
Serve Hot.
