Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Bitter Gourd Skin
  2. 3 tablespoons - Cabbage Grated
  3. 2 tablespoons - Coriander
  4. 10 pieces - Kadipatta
  5. 1 tablespoons - Green Chilli Paste
  6. 1 teaspoons - Ginger Paste
  7. 1 tablespoons - Garlic Paste
  8. 1/2 cups - Bhakri Atta
  9. 2 tablespoons - Wheat Atta
  10. 2 tablespoons - Jowar Atta
  11. 2 tablespoons - Besan
  12. 2 tablespoons - Rice Flour
  13. 2 tablespoons - Dry Coconut Grated
  14. 1 tablespoons - Malai
  15. 2 tablespoons - Curd
  16. 2 tablespoons - Jaggery
  17. 2 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  18. 1/2 teaspoons - Ajwain
  19. - Salt To Taste
  20. 1 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
  21. 1 tablespoons - Achari Masala
  22. 1/4 teaspoons - Asofateida
  23. 1/4 teaspoons - Eating Soda
  24. 2 tablespoons - Oil
  25. - Oil For Deep Frying
  26. - Green Chutney For Serving

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients but eating soda and oil.
Mix eating soda with oil and mix it with the prepared mix,
Now prepare the muthias,
Deep fry till they are golden brown.
Serve Hot.
