Ingredients:
8 count Pillsbury Grands biscuits
6-7 eggs
1( 2 3/4 package peppered gravy mix- I used 2 packages to make extra gravy for the side .
1 1lb pork sausage mild
1 1lb spicy pork sausage
1 cup shredded cheese- any kind you prefer. I used pepper jack.
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
I added a little hot sauce to taste.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Grease 3x9 pan
Brown the sausage in skillet and drain.
Cut biscuit dough into 1 inch pieces and
Line bottom of pan.
Layer cooked sausage over biscuit pieces
Layer shredded cheese over sausage
Whisk eggs and milk and add salt and pepper( and a little
Hot sauce if
You choose).
Pour over biscuit layers.
Make gravy per package directions .
Pour over everything in the pan and bake for 45 minutes. If it starts getting
Too brown on top before it’s done, place a
Piece of foil on top.
