Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups - cake flour
- 3/4 cups - all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons - baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1 sticks - butter diced
- 3/4 cups - buttermilk (can make this with 2 Tbsp vinegar plus enough milk to make 3/4 cup)
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients.
Dice up the butter and cut it into the flour with pastry blender or fork.
Pour in buttermilk and stir.
Spread into 14-x-8-inch shape; fold triples.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes.
