Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - Minute rice
  2. 3 cups - Chicken Broth
  3. 2 cloves - Fresh Garlic
  4. 1/2 each - White Onion
  5. 2 stalks - Celery

Directions:

Saute vegetables. Bring broth to a simmer. Add dry rice to saute mixture and sweat the rice. Add hot broth, remove from heat and cover.
