If Bisto isn't available you can use cornstarch and Better Than Boullion to taste.

Ingredients:
- Bourbon Peppercorn Sauce
- 2 ounces - Jim Beam Bourbon
- 4 tablespoons - Butter
- 1/2 cans - Campbells Beef Broth
- - Salt, Pepper, Peppercorns To taste
- - Bisto To taste
- Steaks
- 4 - Filet Mignon steaks
- - Olive Oil
- - Salt and pepper
Directions:
Prepare Bourbon Peppercorn Sauce:
1. In a saucepan with a lid, place 2 shots of Jim Beam Bourbon
2. Bring to a light boil, do not cover.
3. Light on Fire! (Keep your face back) Let burn for about a half minute.
4. Cover with lid to extinguish and set aside.
5. In large skillet melt 2 Tbsp butter over medium heat.
6. Add Beef Broth and bring to light boil.
7. Add pepper, salt and peppercorns to taste. (Lots of pepper and peppercorns to your desire)
8. Add 2 Tbsp butter and bourbon.
9. Add Bisto to your thickness desire.
Prepare steaks
1. Rub olive oil on steaks.
2. Salt and pepper all sides.
3. Fire up BBQ on high.
4. In a large skillet, add a small amount of olive oil, set on medium heat.
5. Sear steaks about 3 minutes per side.
6. Move to BBQ, and grill to your perfection, about 3 minutes per side.
