Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups - sugar
- 3 cups - flour (unbleached) It is fine if you cannot find unbleached
- 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons - nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1 1/2 cups - oil (Canola)
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
- 2 cups - grated raw, peeled apples 2 large delicious apples
- 3/4 cups - sugar
- 1/2 cups - milk
- 1 sticks - oleo Fleischmann's Oriignal Margarine

Directions:
Cake: Mix together the first group of ingredients listed above. Add the second group of ingredients listed above. Bake in greased and floured 9" x 13" pan for 1 hour & 15 minutes at 300 degrees.
Glaze: Mix the third group of ingredients listed above. Boil for a few minutes. Punch holes in hot cake with toothpick, then pour glaze over cake.
