Beverly's Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Sugar
  2. 1/4 pounds - Butter
  3. 1/2 cups - Milk
  4. 1/4 cups - White syrup
  5. 2 tablespoons - Cocoa
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  7. 1 tablespoons - Vanilla
  8. - Nuts

Directions:

Combine ingredients in saucepan stirring constantly. Bring to a boil. When mixture reaches the boiling point, start timing. After 2 minutes remove fudge from heat. Add vanilla and beat with an electric mixer until cool and thick. Add nuts (optional). Pour into buttered pan.
