Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Butter
  2. 2 cups - Sugar
  3. 6 tablespoons - Cold water
  4. 2 cups - Milk chocolate chips
  5. 1 cups - Almond Chopped and roasted
  6. 2 cups - Butter
  7. 2 cups - Sugar
  8. 6 tablespoons - Cold water
  9. 2 cups - Milk chocolate chips
  10. 1 cups - Almond Chopped and roasted

Directions:

Spread coarse chopped almonds in a pan toast 350 oven for 10 min. Watch cook quickly. In heavy saucepan combine sugar, butter and water Cook over medium high heat until reaches 290. It will look like it’s scorching. Keep stirring until caramelize. Pour onto greased jelly roll pan. Sprinkle chips over and let melt and then spread out And then add almonds and cool. Break into pieces.
