Ingredients:
- 1 cups - butter
- 1 cups - vegetable oil
- 1 cups - sugar
- 1 cups - powdered sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
- 4 1/2 cups - flour
- 1 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 1 teaspoons - cream of tartar
Directions:
1. Mix butter, oil and sugars. Beat well.
2. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.
3. Shape into balls and mash down with the bottom of a jar or glass dipped in sugar.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
