Directions:

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.

In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter do not overheat butter
. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, prebeat eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Spread batter into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.after 5 minutes turn off top grill.Do not overcook.
remove from oven when still undercooked and batter in centre still has movement

allow to cool and serve
