Ingredients:
- 4 cups - all-purpose flour
- 2 cups - sugar
- 1 teaspoons - baking powder
- 1 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 3 cups - blueberries or raspberries
- 4 whole - eggs
- 2 cups - sour cream
- 1 cups - vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add berries and toss gently.
In another bowl, combine the eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire rack.
