Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - mixed berries
  2. 1 - banana peeled
  3. 1 - serving of whey protein powder
  4. 1 tablespoons - ground flax seed
  5. 6 ounces - to 8 ounces of coconut water
  6. - ice as desired

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
