Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - All-Purpose flour
  2. 2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  3. 2 tablespoons - Confectioner's sugar
  4. 1 tablespoons - Vegetable Oil
  5. 2 cups - Milk
  6. 3 - Eggs separated
  7. 2 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  8. 1 pinchs - Salt
  9. - Fruit of choice
  10. - Whipped Cream
  11. 2 cups - All-Purpose flour
  12. 2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  13. 2 tablespoons - Confectioner's sugar
  14. 1 tablespoons - Vegetable Oil
  15. 2 cups - Milk
  16. 3 - Eggs separated
  17. 2 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  18. 1 pinchs - Salt
  19. - Fruit of choice
  20. - Whipped Cream

Directions:

Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, oil, milk, and egg yolks (the salt should be added with the flour and other dry ingredients and the vanilla added with the egg yolks). Beat the egg whites until they stand in soft peaks and fold into batter, do not overmix. Use a 4-oz ladle, pour 1/8 of the batter into a hot waffle iron and bake abot 2 minutes. repeat with remaining batter. Top with fruit and whipped cream. Serve hot.
