For Blueberry waffles; After spreading waffles on maker, sprinkle 1 T blueberries over each waffle. For Choco Chip waffles: Sprinkle desired amount over waffles.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups - Flour, all purpose
- 4 tablespoons - Sugar
- 2 tablespoons - Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
- 3 1/2 cups - Milk, low cal
- 2/3 cups - Vegetable Oil, or Applesauce
- 4 - Eggs, large
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine until well blended and smooth. Let batter sit 5 minutes before using. Preheat your Waffle Maker on setting #4.
2. Pour 1 1/2 Cups batter onto preheated waffle maker grid. Using a spatula, spread batter until even. Allow batter to bubble for 5 - 10 seconds; close cover. When light changes remove waffle. Repeat.
