Makes 6-7 half pints. You can make half the recipe and put in refrigerator or freeze.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups - beets cooked, removed from skins, grated
- 6 cups - sugar
- 1 cups - vinegar
- 2 teaspoons - mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - allspice
- 1/4 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons - ground cloves
- 1 bottles - certo pectin such as SureJell
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and stir well in a large pan on stove. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, still stirring well. Add bottle of certo pectin and stir well. Pour into canning jars and seal. Process for 15 minutes in hot water bath.
