Beet Relish

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - beets cooked, removed from skins, grated
  2. 6 cups - sugar
  3. 1 cups - vinegar
  4. 2 teaspoons - mustard powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - allspice
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - cinnamon
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - ground cloves
  8. 1 bottles - certo pectin such as SureJell

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients and stir well in a large pan on stove. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, still stirring well. Add bottle of certo pectin and stir well. Pour into canning jars and seal. Process for 15 minutes in hot water bath.
