Beer Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - flour
  2. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  3. 2 1/2 teaspoons - baking powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1 cans - beer at room temperature, unopened

Directions:

Place dry ingredients in large bowl and mix.

Open room temperature beer and pour into dry ingredients.

Stir 17 strokes (until mixed) and pour into greased bread pan. (Grease pans well!)

Brush melted butter on top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 to 75 minutes.
