Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - lean ground beef
- 1 cups - chopped celery
- 2/3 cups - chopped onion
- 1/2 cups - chopped green pepper
- 11 ounces - whole kernel corn, drained
- 10 3/4 ounces - condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 cups - water
- 1 teaspoons - Italian seasoning
- 1 cups - uncooked instant rice
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef, celery, onion and pepper until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain.
Add the corn, soup, water and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover and remove from the heat. Let stand for 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
