Beefy Tomato Rice Skillet

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - lean ground beef
  2. 1 cups - chopped celery
  3. 2/3 cups - chopped onion
  4. 1/2 cups - chopped green pepper
  5. 11 ounces - whole kernel corn, drained
  6. 10 3/4 ounces - condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  7. 1 cups - water
  8. 1 teaspoons - Italian seasoning
  9. 1 cups - uncooked instant rice

Directions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef, celery, onion and pepper until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain.

Add the corn, soup, water and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover and remove from the heat. Let stand for 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
