Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - ground beef
- 1 - small onion chopped
- 2 cloves - garlic minced
- 1 teaspoons - vegetable oil
- 1 cans - Cream of Mushroom soup 10.75 oz., undiluted
- 1 cups - sour cream
- 2 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoons - beef bouillon granules
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
- 1 jars - sliced mushrooms drained (optional)
- - rice or egg noodles, cooked
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir beef, onion and garlic in oil until onion is tender and beef is cooked. Drain. Stir in soup and sour cream until well blended. Add mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon, salt and pepper; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until heated through. Serve over rice or noodles.
