Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - lean ground beef
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cups - ketchup
- 1/2 cups - oats
- 1/4 cups - soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons - garlic powder
- 1 teaspoons - black pepper
- 4 slices - cheese
- 1 - tomato cut into 8 slices
- 8 leaves - baby spinach
- 8 - pickles sliced
- - slider buns for serving
Directions:
In a bowl add ground beef, egg, ketchup, oats, soy sauce, garlic powder and black pepper. Using hands mix all ingredients. (Do not over mix or meat will appear "mealy"!).
Form in to 8 - 1/2 thick mini- burgers, about 3 inches wide. Make a significant indentation with your thumb in the middle of each patty. Push about half-way down.
Using the Surgical Stainless Steel Round Griddle, preheat on medium for 2 minutes. Place all 8 sliders on griddle with lid on. Turn after 4 minutes; place 1/2 of a cheese slice on each and cook another 4 minutes with lid on.
Using slider buns, add any basic condiment, and place slider on bun. Add 1 baby spinach leaf, a slice of tomato and sliced pickle to each slider.
Serve!
