Ingredients:
- 3 pounds - fajita beef
- 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 1 teaspoons - cumin
- - salt and pepper
- 1 bottles - Italian salad dressing
- 2 cups - grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 cups - chopped onion
- 2 cups - shredded lettuce
- 1 cups - sour cream
- 1 cups - guacamole
- 8 ounces - picante sauce
- - flour tortillas
Directions:
Cut fajita meat across the grain into strips. Mix seasonings and Italian dressing in plastic container; add meat and marinate for 30 minutes.
Drain meat and cook in oil until browned.
Serve with flour tortillas and toppings.
