Beef Fajitas

Ingredients:

  1. 3 pounds - fajita beef
  2. 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
  3. 1 teaspoons - cumin
  4. - salt and pepper
  5. 1 bottles - Italian salad dressing
  6. 2 cups - grated sharp cheese
  7. 1/2 cups - chopped onion
  8. 2 cups - shredded lettuce
  9. 1 cups - sour cream
  10. 1 cups - guacamole
  11. 8 ounces - picante sauce
  12. - flour tortillas

Directions:

Cut fajita meat across the grain into strips. Mix seasonings and Italian dressing in plastic container; add meat and marinate for 30 minutes.

Drain meat and cook in oil until browned.

Serve with flour tortillas and toppings.
