Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - lean ground beef
  2. 1 cans - (15 oz) black beans
  3. 1 cups - cooked rice (use minute rice)
  4. 1 cups - chunky salsa
  5. 1/2 cups - fat-free cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:

1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain off fat.
2. Add beans, rice and salsa; heat through. Add cheese and stir until just melted.
