Ingredients:
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1 tablespoons - lemon
- 1/2 cups - butter melted
- 1 dashes - cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoons - dried onion
- 1 teaspoons - tarragon
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and whirl until smooth.
If served too warm, it will be too thin; if served too cold, it will be too thick (said the Mama Bear). Must be served at room temperature. Makes about 3/4 cup.
Beware - If you heat this in the microwave, you will have scrambled eggs.
