    Add a tablespoon of coconut milk to blended ingredients if they seem too dry. Goji berries can be used in place of or in addition to cranberries.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Cooked Beans
  2. 1 - Ripe Banana
  3. 2 - dates
  4. 1/2 cups - *Blueberries
  5. 1/8 cups - pomegranate juice
  6. 1 tablespoons - flax seed
  7. 1 tablespoons - chia seed
  8. - Coconut milk optional - if needed
  9. 1 cups - rolled oats
  10. 1/2 cups - *Blueberries halved
  11. 1/2 cups - cranberries halved
  12. 1/4 cups - raisins
  13. 2 tablespoons - raw sunflower seeds
  14. 2 tablespoons - chopped walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 275°. Puree blended ingredients in a high powered blender and remove to large bowl. Stir in dry ingredients. Use coconut oil to grease an 8 inch baking dish and spread mixture into the dish. Bake for 75 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and cut into 6 bars. Refrigerate any leftover bars.
