Add a tablespoon of coconut milk to blended ingredients if they seem too dry. Goji berries can be used in place of or in addition to cranberries.

Ingredients:
- 1 cups - Cooked Beans
- 1 - Ripe Banana
- 2 - dates
- 1/2 cups - *Blueberries
- 1/8 cups - pomegranate juice
- 1 tablespoons - flax seed
- 1 tablespoons - chia seed
- - Coconut milk optional - if needed
- 1 cups - rolled oats
- 1/2 cups - *Blueberries halved
- 1/2 cups - cranberries halved
- 1/4 cups - raisins
- 2 tablespoons - raw sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons - chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275°. Puree blended ingredients in a high powered blender and remove to large bowl. Stir in dry ingredients. Use coconut oil to grease an 8 inch baking dish and spread mixture into the dish. Bake for 75 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and cut into 6 bars. Refrigerate any leftover bars.
